FoxMoon Haven, Daily Routine, 2016

Below is an overview of the basic activities we aim to facilitate here at FoxMoon Haven.

Motion and Meditation all day every day.

1) Meditation and Motion practices at sunrise. 

2) Morning classes, discussions, and projects.

3) Fitness and language work around lunch.

4) Field work in the afternoon.

5) One to two hours before sunset: Afternoon class/discussion/project. 

6) A little yoga(etc) and meditation near sunset.

7) At sunset, the fire.

Discussion. Music. Stories. Theater. Dancing. Council. etc.
